For over 100 years, we’ve helped Australians create homes that are stylish, functional, and uniquely theirs. play a key role in delivering accurate, high-volume invoice processing and supporting a well-controlled AP function. You’ll work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely payments, strong compliance and smooth month-end delivery.

 

How You Will Add Value

  • Process high-volume supplier invoices accurately and on time
  • Perform PO matching and resolve discrepancies
  • Support weekly payment runs and supplier reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end tasks, including accruals and reporting
  • Maintain supplier records and ensure compliance with policies
  • Respond to supplier and internal queries via shared inbox
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers


About You

  • Minimum 2+ years Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment
  • Proven ability to work quickly, stay organised and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement
  • ERP/finance system experience and intermediate Excel skills
  • (Desirable) Retail or high-volume transactional experience
  • A positive, energetic attitude, bring great team vibes and enjoy a fast pace
