Adairs & The Opportunity:

With a new CEO, Adairs is embarking on a huge transformation to become Australia’s Ultimate Home Style Destination.

This is an exciting time to join us as we move into our next phase of growth. You'll have a great opportunity to step into this role and play a key part in our future success by helping ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our products.

Reporting to the Planner – Hard Furnishings, this is a part-time position where you will support the smooth and timely flow of stock to our stores in the right quantities at the right time and assist with the performance of the merchandise plan.

How you will spend your day:

• Maximise stock availability and optimise profitability across all channels
• Ensure store allocations are in line with sales trends, historic performance and forecast
• Product Lifecycle Management – action flow of aged, end of line and discontinued products to agreed channels
• Initiate, monitor and maintain model levels based on needs of stores, promotional plans and product strategy by department
• Liaise with Supply Chain team and DC as required to ensure smooth flow of delivery of product
  
  

About You:

• Highly analytical and know how to understand data and enjoy working with numbers
• Passion for learning new things and developing yourself
• Team player and exceptional communication skills
• Experience with furniture or cubic products is advantageous including a background in white goods or building suppliers
• Excellent attention to detail
• Intermediate excel skills
