What You’ll Do

As our new Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to elevate the store’s performance and create WOW moments for every customer.

Your role will include:

• Leading by example and inspiring customers with styling solutions.
• Achieving personal KPIs and supporting the team to hit theirs.
• Coaching, developing, and training team members.
• Assisting with workforce planning and rosters to stay within budget.
• Analysing reports and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
