About The Opportunity:

In this role you will support the CRM & Loyalty team to increase overall sales growth through the delivery of successful email programs.

How you will spend your day:

• Support the delivery of promotional emails to engage customers through our new Braze platform
• Leverage data insights to successfully identify engaging customer segments for email deployments
• Report on trends that provide key insights and opportunities to improve email campaign performance
• Identify and implement ways to increase efficiency of the email production process through continuous improvement
• Support the development and implementation enhancements to CRM communication program

About You:

• Experience in a similar position, along with a Marketing qualification preferred
• Excellent analytical and time management skills
• Proactive approach and with great communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
