About The Opportunity:

Together with our team in stores, our customer support team are given the ultimate power to set the tone for our customers and deliver and exceptional experience.  It’s your helpful attitude that promotes our brand and shapes a positive first and lasting impression. This role has an incredible opportunity to make a customer’s day, change their mind and convert them into an even more loyal customer!   

 

How you will spend your day:

  • Work across multiple channels in communicating with our customers through phone, emails, social media and live chat 
  • Some of the typical requests we see are updates on tracking orders, updating account details, product enquiries, returns and more
  • Manage escalated resolution calls
  • Liaise with delivery suppliers to ensure we are striving for customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain department documents in a timely and accurate manner

 

About You:

  • You are passionate about delivering great customer service and have a willingness to learn
  • Always on the lookout for better ways of doing things and are open to change
  • Having worked within customer service previously, you understand the importance in offering the best service
  • Exceptional time management and organisation skills, wo
  • Working collaboratively and within a fast-paced team environment is where you thrive
