This isn’t your typical big corporate call centre. You’ll join a friendly, diverse, and supportive team in our brand-new, purpose-built Chadstone office — where your energy and empathy can truly make a difference.
We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team from November through April, supporting our busiest sales periods. You’ll handle customer enquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, and social media), providing timely, thoughtful solutions that make every interaction a positive one.
