About The Agile Delivery Lead;

Join Adairs as a Delivery Lead, where you'll be at the forefront of our Digital Transformation project within the CI Digital Programs.

As the Delivery Lead at Adairs, your primary objective is to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of projects. This entails coordinating and managing project or product teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will closely collaborate with stakeholders, including internal and vendor teams, to grasp project requirements and expectations while providing leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Moreover, your objective extends to overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of development cycles within an Agile framework. Your focus will be on facilitating collaboration among cross-functional teams, removing obstacles, and ensuring the achievement of project goals with exceptional quality.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Project Planning and Coordination
• Team Management and Leadership
• Risk Management and Issue Resolution
• Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management
• Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement
• Metrics Tracking and Reporting

To be successful in this role you will have;

• Proven experience (at least 5 years) in Agile project management or iteration management, preferably in a software development environment.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, Agile tools (such as Jira and Miro), and techniques.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact and engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the retail sector or eCommerce and Digital Marketing domain is a plus.
