About the Opportunity:

In this role you will oversee the seamless integration of various systems, applications, and databases. This position plays a crucial part in planning, problem-solving, and implementing ICT program requirements while providing specialist technical advice on existing processes.

Solution Design & Implementation

• Design and implement integration solutions across eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, and internal systems using a variety of technologies, including Azure Integration Suite, SQL Server, SSIS, MongoDB, MQ, Cosmos DB, GraphQL, Azure Service Bus, Azure Fabric and more
• Develop detailed solution designs based on business and project requirements
• Break down solution designs into technical deliverables for implementation
  
  

Continuous Integration & Deployment

• Utilize Git, and Azure DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery.
• Manage deployment processes to ensure smooth and efficient integration into production.

Documentation & Coordination

• Prepare technical specifications and documentation in line with industry standards
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to streamline integration

Support & Maintenance

• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and resolution of integration issues
• Lead data migration efforts, ensuring data integrity and system functionality

Performance Testing & Optimization

• Conduct performance tests to ensure integration solutions are scalable and efficient
• Identify areas for optimization and improvement

Leadership & Collaboration

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members while taking ownership of integration projects
• Manage multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Guide and mentor internal developers

About You:

• Extensive hands-on experience with the full Azure Integration Suite, including but not limited to Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Hub, API Gateway, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Blobs, and Azure Monitoring
• Deep knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices, utilizing tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, and other related technologies
• Proven experience in integrating with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Previous experience working in a similar position within the retail environment
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional team and external vendors
