Adairs & The Opportunity:

With a new CEO, Adairs is embarking on a huge transformation to become Australia’s Ultimate Home Style Destination.

This is an exciting time to join us as we move into our next phase of growth. This role is a key part of the creative team, where you will bring ideas to life by creating eye-catching graphics for both digital and print and help support our marketing campaigns.

How you will spend your day:

• Interpret creative direction and translate marketing briefs and campaign objectives into visually appealing designs
• Develop innovative and on-brand design concepts for digital and print assets
• Work closely with the wider creative team to always deliver on a digital-first approach
• Ensure all print designs are optimised for print and adhere to technical requirements
• Ensure all digital designs are optimised for web and mobile platforms and adhere to technical requirements
• Ensure all artwork delivered answers the brief, is on brand and on time
  
  

About You:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar design role, ideally within a fast-paced retail environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, staying organised and focused
• Detail-oriented, reliable and able to consistently meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Ability to edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software
• Experience in animation using Adobe After Effects or other animation tools is a plus
• Have a keen interest in design best practices, technical skills and industry trends
