How to contributes to the bigger picture:

You will work closely with the Brand Creative Manager, Photographers and Art Director to bring concepts to life and capture the essence of the Adairs visual architecture.

How you will spend your day:

• Collaborate with the Photography and Marketing teams to understand the vision and requirements for each photoshoot.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and style directives while styling products, maintaining a cohesive and on brand visual identity.
• Propose and execute creative ideas for Styling home settings that align with our brand identity.
• Work closely with photographers to ensure lighting, angles and compositions enhance the visual appeal of the product.
• Conduct comprehensive research on styling and seek inspiration to continually enhance creative approaches and stay abreast of current trends.
• Styling of homeware product and accessories for still life shoots.
• Work collaboratively with the studio team to ensure everything is shot in a timely and efficient manner.

What we’ll value in you:

• Proven experience as a lifestyle Photographic Stylist is desirable.
• Knowledge of current global lifestyle trends and interior design.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a strong creative team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in sourcing diverse props and elevated surfaces.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
• A passion for creating visually captivating images.
• Comfortable in fast paced, high volume environment.
• Team player and ‘can do’ attitude.
