Adairs & The Opportunity:

As the Loyalty Program Coordinator, you will help shape this vision by growing the Linen Lovers program. As part of the Loyalty team, you will support in driving both in-store and digital acquisition strategies, re-engage lapsed members and bring innovative campaigns to life. This is a unique opportunity to make your mark in a fast-paced, customer-focused business where your ideas and execution will directly influence growth, loyalty and brand connection.

How you will spend your day:

• Grow member base through planning, coordinating and executing loyalty strategies utilising multiple channels
• Support Loyalty Acquisition and Retention Manager with the development of acquisition strategies
• Perform analysis with customer data to inform the biggest opportunities and planning of strategies
• Work with Data Analytics team to develop reporting and models that identify opportunities
• Report on the sales/profit impact of loyalty strategies implemented

About You:

• Experience in similar position, acquiring new members or growing a membership base
• Proven experience to interpret and analyse data to identify trends and drivers of customer behaviour
• Experience developing or using analytical methods related to Loyalty
• Experience in end-to-end BTL campaign management
• Understanding of member databases, personalisation and segmentation
• Strong communication and influencing skills and the ability to develop effective relationships across all levels of a business
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business or marketing (preferred)
