About the Opportunity:

Provide critical administrative and operational support to the People & Culture team through excellence in the delivery of people processes and initiatives in line with people and organisational strategies.

  • Onboarding new team members and ensuring the system accurately reflects our team
  • Responding to enquiries around people and policy and general P&C queries
  • Deliver excellence through the provision of accurate and timely operational HR process to support managers and team members
  • Drive efficiency and process improvement through the administration and implementation of process changes
  • Maintaining accurate people records, reporting, employee files and system databases
  • Provision of support to the Recruitment, Payroll & Learning & Development teams
  • Support the delivery of people projects/initiatives
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for and actively promote the culture commitments

What It Takes To Be Great:

  • Previous experience working within a People & Culture Team
  • Previous retail experience will be highly regarded
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Genuine interest in HR and all things people related
  • Strong desire and willingness to support the wider business with people related issues (nothing is too much trouble attitude)
  • Healthy respect for data Integrity maintaining and ensuring all data is confidential and accurate
