This is Adairs:
Adairs is on an exciting journey to become Australia’s Ultimate Home Style Destination, and this is the perfect time to join us as we grow. For over 100 years, we’ve helped Australians create homes that are stylish, functional, and uniquely theirs. You will be responsible for producing high-quality photography and video content that brings our brand and product range to life. Your work will play a key role in driving customer engagement and conversion across both digital and in-store channels. Collaborate with a creative and fast-paced team, contributing to both the artistic direction and the seamless execution of studio operations.

 How you will add value:

• Capture and deliver high-quality imagery and video aligned to creative briefs and brand standards
• Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Stylists, Retouches’ and Studio Assistants to achieve strong creative and commercial outcomes
• Manage studio workflows and image output, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Provide guidance and creative input to the Studio Assistant and wider team
• Contribute to a collaborative and positive studio environment through clear communication
• Support the day-to-day running of the studio, ensuring deadlines and production schedules are met 

About You:

• Proven experience in a commercial, e-commerce, or creative studio environment
• A strong portfolio showcasing product, still life, and/or model photography
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , Capture One, and Photoshop
• Solid understanding of studio lighting, camera systems, and digital workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in video/ motion content and AI exposure (highly regarded)
