How you will spend your day:

• Execute product purchase orders in alignment with merchandise milestones using the Range Planner, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the administrative process for product setup in accordance with Critical Path deadlines and launch dates.
• Assist in the organisation and maintenance of the product sample rooms and facilitate the setup of products for key meetings.
• Send samples to suppliers to coincide with timelines of courier collections.
• Process spare part requests initiated by customer service for customers and stores, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Complete filing for all new product photography in a timely manner and assist with general queries from the photography studio.
• Ensure timely distribution of samples to all licensees and collaborators for new products.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing, visual merchandising, stores and online teams to streamline workflows and ensure clear communication channels.

What we’ll value in you:

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, and technical competency to support learning of internal product management systems.
• The ability to manage conflicting deadlines with a strong attention to detail.
• Initiative to take responsibility for individual and group tasks.
• Experience working and collaborating in a team environment.
• Clear communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships to achieve objectives.
• Experience working to deadlines and effective time management.
• An interest in process improvement and organisation.
