About The Opportunity:

Joining a team of 8 and reporting to the Product Communications & Central Admin Manager, this role  provides critical administrative support across the Product department.  The goal is to maintain a co-ordinated, seamless workflow, and clear communication, to ensure business timelines and objectives are met and product execution to the customer is successful.

 

How you will spend your day:

  • Purchase Orders – complete product purchase orders in line with the merchandise milestones, using the Range Planner.
  • Sample Management – assist with Sample Room order and filing, including samples that are returned from the Studio, external agencies or the VM team, as well as set up of products for Events, Handovers and Meetings.
  • Product Set Up – Assist with the product administrative process in line with Critical Path deadlines and launch dates incl marketing activity.  Input RRP changes and cost in AX as advised via Range Planner. Label final sample with product code, name and size.
  • Photography for new products – assist with the execution of contour and styled shot brief for photography and website uploads. 
  • Cross Department Support – Work collaboratively with marketing, VM, stores and online to ensure a seamless workflow, and clear communication.
  • General administrative duties for department organisation

 

About You:

  • Previous excel experience
  • Can do attitude and thrive in working in a team environment
  • Immaculate attention to detail
  • Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and prioritise workload and tasks
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships to achieve objectives
  • Resourceful approach to problem solving and achieving results
  • Some retail experience would be highly regarded
