As a Retail Operations Coordinator at Adairs, you’ll be the go-to person for the administrative, logistical, and planning support that keeps our retail network running seamlessly. From coordinating travel and store events to managing reward programs and internal communications, you’ll be the operational backbone of our Retail Operations team—ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly so our store teams can focus on what matters most: delivering outstanding customer experiences.
