We’re seeking a highly organised, detail-driven Retail Operations Coordinator to keep our retail operations running smoothly and support the delivery of our flagship annual retail event on a 5-month contract.


How you will add value:

  • Manage team cadence (agendas, run sheets, actions, follow-ups)
  • Prepare leadership packs and briefing materials
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and workflow progress
  • Coordinate HALO Ideas submissions and store mail runs
  • Support end-to-end planning and delivery of the annual retail event
  • Coordinate awards, reporting, audits, and event materials
  • Produce high-quality presentations, packs, and collateral
  • Maintain project plans and provide clear progress updates
  • Coordinate communication across retail teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure deadlines and commitments are met across all workstreams 


About You:

  • Exceptional attention to detail — non-negotiable
  • Proven experience in operations, coordination, or events
  • Advanced Excel skills + strong MS Office capability
  • AI-savvy; confident using Microsoft Copilot or similar tools
  • Strong written communication and polished outputs
  • Highly organised, thrives managing multiple priorities
  • Confident working with stakeholders and holding accountability
