About The Opportunity:

Oversee and manage our commercial lease agreements. You’ll make sure everything runs smoothly, keep track of documents, and work with landlords, tenants, property managers, and legal teams throughout the lease lifecycle.

 

How you will spend your day:

  • Oversee the implementation, renewal, and termination of lease agreements and maintain accurate lease database along with tracking critical dates
  • Review offers and mark up where required ensuring they meet standard non negotiables
  • Retail lease document negotiations direct with Landlord’s solicitors and Landlords to comply with standard lease requirements
  • Interpret lease agreements working in an autonomous and detailed manner
  • Record and track all dealings and maintenance of lease documents and issues
  • Maintain Lease Eagle with all commercial and relevant store information
  • Liaising and coordinating with all departments to ensure a smooth store opening transaction
  • Weekly reporting to Head of Property
  • Ensure all Assignments, Surrenders, Renewals and Variations are properly managed

 

About You:

  • Previous experience in overseeing the execution, renewal, and termination of lease agreements, preferably within the retail sector
  • Proven track record in maintaining an accurate lease database
    Experience as point of contact for landlords regarding lease inquiries, issues and negotiations
  • Experience ensuring that all lease agreements comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards
  • You have an analytical mindset with strong decision-making skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
