About The Opportunity:

Joining our passionate and creative studio team, this role will be managing the entire image processing workflow form initial capture to final delivery including managing our offshore partnership to ensure imagers is completed to the highest standards.

You will be adding significant value to the team through;

  • Performing high-end retouching on a wide variety of imagery, including product, lifestyle and campaign photography
  • Oversee the complete image retouching workflow, from raw files to final output, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Manage the relationship with an offshore retouching team, including assigning tasks, providing clear guidelines, and reviewing completed work.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the internal team and offshore partners, facilitating smooth communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with photographers, creative directors, and the wider creative team to understand the vision and ensure that final imagery aligns with the project goals.
  • Review and approve all retouched images before final delivery, ensuring they meet brand standards and project requirements.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure all imagery produced meets the highest standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any retouching-related issues that arise during the production process.

 

What We Ask You To Bring To The Table:

  • 5+ years of experience in high-end photographic retouching, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work.
  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and other relevant software.
  • Proven experience managing retouching projects from start to finish, including working with offshore teams.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience in giving clear, constructive feedback.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams, understanding and interpreting creative direction.
