About the Opportunity:

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager with the purpose to be a first responder of Technology issues for our store and support office team.  Due to the nature of this role, you will need to be available to work on a rostered basis between the hours of 6am and 6pm including some weekends.

  • Providing 1st level Technology support for Support Office and Stores
  • Troubleshooting incidents & requests including software, hardware, communications and networks until resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and escalate IT related issues that require further investigation
  • Produce and update documentation in support of day-to-day Service Desk operations


About You:

  • You are patient and supportive by nature
  • A communication style to provide a great customer experience as the first responder to technology issues
  • Attention to detail in documenting processes and incident resolution
  • Well-rounded abilities in troubleshooting all operating systems, software, hardware, telephone, and network related issues
  • Knowledge in some of the following technology areas: user account admin (Active Directory, Office 365, Window 10), GPO, DHCP and DNS
  • Good understanding of ITIL principles and processes would be preferred
  • Experience working in a retail environment would be beneficial
