How you contribute to the bigger picture:

This role is about executing creative and engaging content that adds value by improving brand awareness, brand credibility, promoting products, driving traffic in-store and online.

How you will spend your day:

• Execute social media strategy with guidance from the social and influencer specialist and marketing manager
• Manage planning, scheduling and approvals of organic content on social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok
• Capture still and video content as required for social channels
• Community engagement across owned social channels
• Optimising posts for revenue outcomes
• Manage tests and trial of new platforms and channels
• Collaborate with the marketing and design team to curate inspiring content aligned to the campaign calendar
• Support influencer activations
• Monitor, report and analyse performance and provide recommendations
• Keep up to date with the social media landscape and trends
• Liaise with third parties are required to assist in content creation

What we’ll value in you:

• Experience in digital and social marketing
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
• Proficiency in content creation and photography/videography skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & Pinterest
• A creative thinker and passionate about all things social!
