As our new Store Manager

You will coach, develop and guide your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences that create a true “wow” moment — while bringing your passion for home styling to life.

• Inspire, coach and develop your team, building strong succession plans
• Lead from the floor, setting the standard for customer service and styling
• Drive store performance, sales and KPI outcomes
• Deliver strong workforce planning — right people, right time
• Analyse performance and implement actions to improve results
• Lead stock management and reporting to optimise outcomes
