About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll lead from the front, creating an engaging store environment where both your team and customers feel inspired.

You will:

• Coaching, developing and motivating a high-performing team
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences through styling and product expertise
• Driving sales, productivity and key business outcomes
• Building a positive and inclusive team culture
• Leading workforce planning and operational excellence
• Managing stock, inventory and visual merchandising standards
• Identifying opportunities to improve team engagement and store performance

What You'll Bring:

• Previous retail leadership experience as a Store Manager or similar
• A proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets
• Strong coaching and team development skills
• Experience building positive, engaged and high-performing teams
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Confidence using data and KPIs to drive results
• A genuine enthusiasm for homewares, interiors or lifestyle retail
