As Our New Store Manager:

You will coach, develop and guide dedicated team members in this store driving exceptional customer experiences that create Wow! Along with leading a team, you will apply your passion for interior design in helping to facilitate the creation our customers dream home!

Key aspects of your role will involve:

  • Inspiring, coaching and developing the team to ensure their career goals are being achieved and a strong succession plan for everyone in place
  • Leading the team and showcasing the standards around delighting and consulting with our customers on styling solutions
  • Delivering strong workforce planning, meaning the right people in the right roles and the right time
  • Ensuring the overall store is performing and KPI’s and goals are being achieved
  • Reporting on KPI’s and proactively identifying solutions that will increase team engagement, customer satisfaction and overall results
  • Lead and deliver strong stock management and reporting

 

What Great Looks Like:

  • Wildly passionate about creating the ultimate customer experience (and know how to do so)
  • Demonstrated success in a leadership role within retail and ability to inspire others
  • Ability and experience in instilling a fabulous culture within your team
  • Strengths in nurturing, coaching, training and developing a team
  • Proven results in driving a team to achieve results
