About the Opportunity:

Establish and lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives. You will oversee medium-to-large sized systems projects of moderate-to high complexity, ensuring outcomes align with agreed scope, cost, schedule and quality objectives to drive value for the Adairs business.

• Lead technology-enabled projects, ensuring alignment with targets, milestones and quality standards
• Manage program-level risks, issues, and interdependencies
• Oversee technical workstreams, including system configuration, development and extensions
• Manage the delivery of the new Data Platform and reporting solutions while ensuring ERP alignment with IT strategy
• Manage technical cutover activities, including data migration and system switch over
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation, ensuring smooth project execution
• Main contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring clear communication
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, sponsors, and external partners while overseeing project deliverables and strategic alignment.
• Build and develop high-performing project team, providing clear purpose and direction
• Lead project team members across all phases of the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery within set timeframes

About You:

• Proven experience managing medium-to-large systems projects to meet scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Previous experience with technology-enabled projects, including ERP alignment, data platform implementation, system configuration and technical cutover activities
• Led high-performing project teams, driving successful project delivery across all project lifecycle phases
  Fantastic communication skills, ability to bridge the gap between technical and business
• Ability to problem-solving and tracking progress, ensuring variances and risks are managed proactively
