As Our New third In Charge :

Your overarching purpose is to work closely and collaboratively to support the team and the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to drive the ultimate customer experience and elevate the stores overall performance. We have a passionate team who love what they do and will welcome a further role model into the store with open arms.

You’ll bring significant value through;

  • Leading by example through inspiring and delighting our customers, enabling them to weave their own style of home
  • Being a role model around achieving personal targets and KPI’s whilst supporting the team achieve theirs
  • Supporting the Assistant Manager and the Store Manager with coaching, developing and training the wider team
  • Contribute to the successful workforce planning and roster to ensure we remain within budget
  • Analysing reports and proactively identify opportunities that will increase the customer experience

 

What Great Looks Like:

  • Wildly passionate about creating the ultimate customer experience (and know how to do so)
  • Demonstrated success in a leadership role within retail and ability to inspire others
  • Ability and experience in instilling a fabulous culture within your team
  • Strengths in nurturing, coaching, training and developing a team
  • Proven results in driving a team to achieve results
