We’re on a journey of transformation and are seeking passionate Visual Merchandisers to bring our stunning product ranges to life in-store. Our stores are beautiful spaces, and your creativity and flair will inspire customers every day. This is a hands-on, dynamic role where no two days look the same.

About the Opportunity

• Deliver and maintain Adairs’ high visual merchandising standards
• Create engaging displays that showcase products, promotions, and seasonal trends
• Use fixtures and product flow to keep the store full, fresh, and inviting
• Craft environments that tell a story, welcome customers, and drive sales
• Initially 3 days per fortnight, gradually increasing to 9 days per fortnight by the first half of next year
• Work across Sydney Metro stores, supporting flexibility as needed
• Eligible for monthly incentive payments for outstanding VM results

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, ideally within homewares or fashion
• A natural creative flair and strong attention to detail
• A team-first attitude with the drive to deliver outstanding results
• Current driver’s licence
