This role has an incredible opportunity to make a customer’s day, change their mind and convert them into an even more loyal customer!  

How you will spend your day: 

• Work across multiple channels in communicating with our customers through phone, emails, social media and live chat  
• Some of the typical requests we see are updates on tracking orders, updating account details, product enquiries, returns and more 
• Manage escalated resolution calls 
• Liaise with delivery suppliers to ensure we are striving for customer satisfaction 

What we’ll value in you: 

• You are passionate about delivering WOW at every touch point, you are personable and love to engage with our customers! 
• You would move mountains to ensure our customers are satisfied and know you are doing your all to help 
• Always on the lookout for better ways of doing things and are open to change 
• Having worked within customer service previously, you understand the importance in offering the best service out  
• Exceptional time management and organisation skills 
• Experience using Salesforce & Microsoft Dynamics is highly desired 
• Working collaboratively and within a team is where you thrive
