The Opportunity

As Store Manager, you'll lead the ongoing success of our Darwin store. You'll inspire your team, bring the Adairs brand to life and create a welcoming environment where both customers and team members feel at home.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, coaching and developing a passionate and engaged team
• Creating an exceptional customer experience that keeps customers coming back
• Driving sales, productivity and store performance
• Building a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture
• Delivering inspiring visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Managing day-to-day operations including rostering, inventory and compliance
• Identifying opportunities to improve performance and enhance the customer journey

• Proven leadership experience in a retail management role
