You will develop visually compelling, effective graphic assets that align with our brand identity and support our marketing goals. You’ll interpret briefs, design across formats and support the creative team in delivering standout work.


How you will add value:

• Translate marketing briefs and channel objectives into engaging, on‑brand creative that resonates with our customers
• Develop innovative design concepts across digital and print, including POS, packaging, banners, social assets, animations, email templates, website visuals and more
• Support the design team by,  sharing best practices, technical skills and emerging industry knowledge
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Digital Designer and the broader creative team to champion a digital‑first approach
• Prepare all print artwork to industry‑standard specifications, ensuring accuracy and technical excellence
• Optimise digital designs for web, mobile and social platforms, following all required technical guidelines
• Stay informed on new design trends, tools and technologies to bring fresh, forward‑thinking ideas to the team
• Deliver artwork that is accurate, on‑brand, on‑brief and always on time

About You:

• 2+ years professional design experience, ideally in retail, eCommerce or consumer-brand marketing
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work across digital campaigns, social content, email, web and retail/POS
• Proven success working in fast-paced, agile environments with frequent campaign cycles and quick turnarounds
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma)
• Turn briefs into compelling, customer‑centric concepts
