Adairs is on an exciting journey to become Australia’s Ultimate Home Style Destination. As our eCommerce Assistant, you’ll play a key role in bringing our online store to life. You'll be responsible for maintaining and optimising product listings, ensuring every detail from imagery to descriptions reflects our quality and style. Collaborating across teams, you’ll help deliver an inspiring and seamless shopping experience for our customers, every day. 

How you will spend your day
 

• Ensure all products are correctly listed on the Adairs website in a timely manner 

• Work closely with the Product Team to obtain necessary information and the Studio Team to secure photography on time 

• Partner with the Supply Chain Team to maintain stock availability 

• Assist the eCommerce Coordinator and broader team with daily tasks, including search & merchandising and "Shop the Look" to maximize sales 

• Track key commercial metrics and analyse website performance to inform strategic decisions 

• Review competitor websites and practices to identify trends and opportunities 

• Assist with ad hoc tasks, including updating store hours, managing stock requests, troubleshooting website issues 

About You

• Previous experience in eCommerce or a related field 

• Analytical skills experience with website performance metrics 

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills 

• Proactive and able to work both independently and within a team 

• Fantastic communication and collaboration skills
