We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organised Group Ethical Sourcing Administrator to support our Group Risk and Compliance function. In this role, you’ll help deliver ethical sourcing and responsible supply chain initiatives by maintaining accurate records, coordinating audits, and supporting compliance processes under the guidance of the Group Operational Risk Manager.

How you will add value:

  • Provide administrative support across ethical sourcing activities for all brands
  • Maintain accurate supplier, factory and audit records
  • Support supplier onboarding and compliance documentation processes
  • Coordinate audit activities, including scheduling and documentation tracking
  • Monitor and track corrective actions, escalating overdue items where required
  • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards and compliance registers
  • Escalate suspected breaches in line with internal procedures
  • Provide general administrative support to the Group Risk team

About You

  • Previous experience in an administrative, compliance, or coordination role
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong record-keeping capability
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working within established processes and under direction
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
