Integration Lead
Adairs & The Opportunity

As the Integration Lead, you will oversee the design, development and delivery of integration solutions across our retail ecosystem. Working with our eCommerce platforms, ERP and multiple internal and external systems, you’ll ensure everything works together efficiently, securely and at scale. You’ll also provide leadership, coaching and technical mentorship to the internal team while managing vendor relationships to drive project success.
How you will spend your day
Solution Design & Delivery
- Design and implement integrations across enterprise systems using Azure Integration Suite (Logic Apps, APIM, Functions, Service Bus, Storage, Monitoring), SQL Server, MQ and additional tools
- Translate business requirements into technical solution designs and development tasks
Development & Deployment
- Mentor and guide internal developers on best-practice integration development
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git and Azure DevOps, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment into production
Documentation & Coordination
- Prepare integration documentation and technical specifications
- Partner closely with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and smooth execution
Support, Maintenance & Improvements
- Lead troubleshooting, issue resolution and ongoing platform support
- Manage data and system migration activities with a focus on accuracy and continuity
- Support performance testing and optimize integrations for scalability
Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as a hands-on technical leader across multiple active projects in an agile environment
- Bring proactive problem-solving, accountability, and strong communication to cross-functional teamwork
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
- Extensive experience with Azure Integration Suite, SQL Server, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), MQ (and knowledge of MuleSoft/SSIS is a bonus)
- Proven experience designing and implementing integration solutions—ideally in the retail industry
- Exposure to ERP migrations or other large, complex integration programs is highly regarded
- Strong understanding of GraphQL, SOAP/REST APIs, JSON, XML, YAML and integration patterns
- Experience with real-time, batch, synchronous, and asynchronous data flows
- Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git)
- Excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach and strong attention to detail
