In this role, you’ll be at the canter of that transformation.

As Retail Operations & Communications Coordinator, you’ll report to the National Retail Operations Manager and play a critical role in enabling our store teams to thrive. You’ll streamline communication, simplify processes, and make it easy for team members to do their best work—because when our teams are confident and informed, we thrive!

You’ll own our store communication channels, coordinate operational updates, and govern the policies and procedures that underpin the day-to-day experience in retail. Every message, every process, every improvement you lead will contribute to a more connected, empowered, and high-performing retail network.

How you will spend your day:

• Manage the National Retail Calendar to drive seamless execution and a consistent experience across the retail network
• Oversee retail policy and process documentation, ensuring version control and maintaining a continuous focus on simplification and improvement
• Draft, publish and maintain all retail communication updates, including content, newsletters, alerts and other store-facing communications
• Support communication planning for major events and peak trading periods for operational readiness
• Seek and facilitate structured feedback between our store network and retail operations
• Act as the gatekeeper for all retail communications, partnering with business teams to ensure clarity, relevance and quality in all messaging
  
  

About You:

• Demonstrated experience within a similar role in a retail operations environment
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
• Previous experience in policy, process or project documentation
• Planning and Calendar management capability
• Have a customer-centric mindset
• Proficiency with communication tools (including SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite)
