What you will do

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
• Create an engaging and welcoming in-store experience for every customer
• Drive sales performance and deliver key business outcomes
• Build team capability through ongoing coaching and development
• Foster a positive, inclusive and customer-focused culture
• Manage store operations, workforce planning and stock processes
• Use business insights and KPIs to identify opportunities and continuously improve performance
• Ensure visual merchandising and presentation standards are executed to a high standard

• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a retail environment
• A strong track record of achieving sales and performance targets
• Excellent coaching and people leadership skills
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capability
• The ability to create an engaged, high-performing team culture
