Working closely with the Creative Manager, you will lead the creation of compelling digital visuals, guiding a team of two to elevate brand storytelling, enhance customer experience, and deliver impactful marketing campaigns.

How you will add value:

• Lead the interpretation of creative direction and marketing briefs, translating campaign objectives into high‑impact digital design solutions that drive audience engagement and performance
• Conceptualise, design and deliver premium, on‑brand digital and POS assets across LAM, social media, EDMs, website components, SEM and affiliate channels
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers and cross‑functional stakeholders to enhance usability, accessibility and consistency across responsive, customer‑centric landing pages, leveraging CMS expertise
• Champion motion graphics, animation and video editing from concept through execution, setting creative direction and guiding the wider design team across multiple channels
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior and mid‑weight designers, embedding best practices, elevating creative standards
• Own campaign delivery by aligning with marketing calendars, managing timelines and workflows in Asana, reviewing and shaping briefs, managing urgent priorities and ensuring all outputs are on brand, on brief and delivered on time.
  
  

About You:

• Advanced proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Figma, with strong workflow management using tools such as Asana
• Proven experience delivering high volumes of digital assets across EDM, social, web and campaign channels, with the ability to prioritise effectively and adapt to shifting deadlines
• Strong digital‑first capability across motion graphics, animation and video editing, with a solid understanding of web and mobile performance best practices
• Demonstrated conceptual thinking, translating briefs and campaign ideas into high‑quality, on‑brand digital design solutions from concept through execution
• Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement experience, mentoring designers and collaborating closely with marketing, UX/UI, eCommerce teams and external freelancers to deliver commercially aligned outcomes
