As we enter our next phase of growth, it’s a fantastic time to join our team and help shape the future of our brand.  You are a leasing professional with a deep understanding of the Large Format Retail (LFR) landscape who will take the lead in managing and growing our LFR property portfolio across Australia & New Zealand.

How you will spend your day

• Manage and strengthen relationships with LFR landlords, agents and developers, representing the business with professionalism and strategic intent
• Proactively source and secure new sites that align with the company’s growth strategy, using data and market insights to support recommendations
• Oversee lease renewals across the portfolio to ensure financial performance and alignment with Group property objectives
• Partner closely and proactively works with GM Group Property and Design & Delivery Manager on new store fit outs, refurbishments and relocations
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and engage with key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and maximise value
• Provide input and analysis for the Group Property Strategy and monthly Property Committee meetings
• Travel and work flexibly as required to support leasing activity and site delivery
  
  

About You

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Large Format Retail (LFR) leasing.
• Strong existing relationships with key LFR landlords, agents and developers
• An extensive understanding of LFR centres, market dynamics and commercial leasing principles
• Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
