Service Desk Analyst

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager with the purpose to be a first responder of Technology issues for our store and support office team. Due to the nature of this role, you will need to be available to work on a rostered basis between the hours of 7am and 6pm including some weekends.
How you will add value:
- Providing 1st level technology support for support office and stores
- Troubleshooting incidents & requests including software, hardware, communications and networks until resolution and customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate IT related issues that require further investigation
- Produce and update documentation in support of day-to-day Service Desk operations
About You:
- You are patient and supportive by nature
- A communication style to provide a great customer experience as the first responder to technology issues
- Attention to detail in documenting processes and incident resolution
- Well-rounded abilities in troubleshooting all operating systems, software, hardware, telephone, and network related issues
- Knowledge in some of the following technology areas: user account admin (Active Directory, Office 365, Window 10, MS Dynamics 365, GPO), DHCP and DNS
- Good understanding of ITIL principles and processes would be preferred
- Experience working in a retail environment would be beneficial
