We're seeking customer-focused Customer Service Advisors to join our team on a casual basis through to March, supporting our peak retail period.

About the Opportunity

You'll be supporting customers across phone, email, live chat and social media. You'll join a friendly and supportive team based in our Chadstone Support Office, helping deliver exceptional service when our customers need us most.

How You’ll Spend Your Day:

• Assisting customers with enquiries on orders, products, deliveries, and returns
• Coordinating with delivery partners to resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Providing support to our stores and internal teams
• Completing admin and ad hoc tasks to keep things running smoothly

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous customer service, retail or contact centre experience
• A positive, adaptable and team-focused approach
• Availability to work Monday-Friday and some weekends
