Located in one of Sydney’s most dynamic retail destinations, this new store will showcase the very best of the Adairs brand, styling and customer experience.

Join us from day one

This is a unique opportunity to be part of launching our new Bondi Junction store. Working alongside the Store Manager, you’ll help shape the team culture and customer experience from the start while gaining exposure to our Customer Support teams and broader Brand network.

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading the team and driving strong store performance in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

You will:

• Support leadership of the store team and lead from the floor during daily trading
• Work closely with the Store Manager to drive strong commercial performance and store productivity
• Help translate sales performance, customer insights and product priorities into clear in-store focus for the team
• Support achievement of sales targets and store performance outcomes
• Coach and support team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Guide the team in executing and maintaining strong visual merchandising standards across the store
• Help maintain a beautifully styled and welcoming retail environment
• Contribute to a safe, healthy and supportive working environment for the team
• Prioritise customer experience in everything we do — creating moments that last and measuring what matters

• Experience supporting or leading teams in a fast-paced retail environment
• Confidence supporting commercial performance and sales outcomes
• Strong coaching capability and ability to guide team performance on the shop floor
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Confidence supporting visual merchandising execution across the store
• Interest in home styling and creating inspiring retail environments
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork and a proactive approach to leadership
