What you’ll do

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting strong store performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will:

• Deliver warm, knowledgeable and inspiring customer service
• Help customers discover products and styling solutions that bring their homes to life
• Build genuine customer connections and confidently recommend products
• Support achievement of sales goals and store performance targets
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Contribute to creating a beautifully styled and welcoming store environment
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep the store running smoothly during busy trading periods
• Support a safe, positive and supportive team environment

What we’re looking for

• Retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• A genuine passion for helping customers and creating memorable in-store experiences
• Interest in home styling, interiors and helping customers bring their spaces to life
• Confidence engaging with customers and recommending products
• Pride in maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork and a proactive approach
