For over 100 years, we’ve helped Australians create homes that are stylish, functional, and uniquely theirs. In this role you will support the Product Manager with the development and execution of cohesive of Home Fragrance, Wall Art, Aroma Wash and Bathroom Accessories, managing product administration, supplier coordination and critical path milestones. You’ll play a key role in ensuring products move seamlessly from concept through to delivery.

How you will add value:

  • Support the Product Manager in the development and execution of seasonal product ranges
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends (local and overseas) to inform product decisions
  • Assist with product selection, pricing, margin analysis and sales performance reporting
  • Maintain accurate product data across range planners
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end product development timelines from PO through to shipment sample
  • Liaise with suppliers on product specifications, samples, costs, packaging and delivery timelines
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring compliance, QA and critical path adherence, while supporting Product Administrators 


About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within retail buying or product development
  • Strong numerical and analytical capability
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
  • Confident communicator, able to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
